(Selections based on a good track)
Race 1
3. Bomerton is a gelding on debut here, and he’s had three trials in preparation. He was safely held in the first two of them back in June and since then he’s shown improvement when finishing second in an Albury hit out just under two weeks ago. He’s drawn well here with Nick Heywood to ride. 2. Bid Your Time is on debut from a good stable and has also had three trials leading into this. He is worth plenty of thought. 1. Triumphant Tonic has been placed in two of four starts and only needs to overcome a wide alley to be a factor here. 8. Sundrop was placed at Albury when on debut and she can be placed again in this.
How to play it: Bomerton WIN
Race 2
9. Miss Fennell was scratched at Moruya on Sunday to be saved for this. She ran second on debut at Wagga in August and has finished a close-up second in a recent trial leading into this resuming run. She should be hard to hold out. 2. Hellinda has been placed in two of seven starts, and he finished fourth at Wagga before being spelled. He’s had a trial leading into this and should be primed to run well. 5. If You Can is having his first start and has been fitted for this with a number of jumpouts and a trial. A forward showing is on the cards. 10. Divron has been placed in five of her eight starts and must be considered among the place chances again here.
How to play it: Miss Fennell WIN
Race 3
1. East Harlem hasn’t been beaten far in his recent runs, and he should take plenty of running down if he goes forward from a middle alley here. 3. Fire Your Guns is a last-start Wagga winner that should run well again, while 4. Keysborough has shown ability in his career and shouldn’t be underestimated. 8. Our Frankie has drawn the inside, and she could show up here if at her best.
How to play it: East Harlem EACH WAY
Race 4
6. Oh No Mikki has been midfield in each of two runs since resuming from a spell, and he is a five-time winner from 26 starts. He should be ready to produce his best again. 1. Tap ‘N’ Run won at Albury before being spelled and can sprint well fresh. 3. Lang Park has been down the track of late but can improve. 5. Kappy’s Angel is resuming and has a good record.
How to play it: Oh No Mikki WIN
Race 5
12. Mayfair Hotel did the job well to score a win at Albury two starts ago and then ran well again when fourth at the same track when last produced. She’s racing well and can give this a shake again. 13. Saint Loft was placed at Albury at his latest start and can figure again. 10. Downtown’s Abbey has been racing well with a couple of recent placings, while 1. Ferrari Man is an on-pace runner with claims.

Race 6
7. Associate resumed from a spell with a solid fourth in Highway grade at Kembla Grange and then hit the line well to finish third in the Nowra Cup last time out. He is ready to win again, and this looks suitable. 3. Our Last Cash ran well when second at Randwick two starts ago and then was down the track at Canberra. 2. Prince Of Helena has been placed in both runs since a down the track effort in the Big Dance. 4. Baldeon is a consistent performer with solid claims here.
How to play it: Associate WIN
Race 7
3. Perigean was resuming from a spell for a new stable when scoring a strong win at Canberra last month as an odds-on favourite. He looks to be a talented type and should be able to go on with the job in this. 4. Letme Entertainyou has a handy record and has been placed in her latest two starts here. She is fresh for this and has claims. 2. Destructive Diva was a winner at Moruya three starts ago and ran well in her latest two starts before being spelled. She’s had a trial in preparation for this. 6. Just Google Me is a winner of two from four and has the ability to figure prominently in this.
How to play it: Perigean WIN
Race 8
12. Loch Erin failed to beat a runner home at Canberra on debut in February and was then spelled. She resumed at Goulburn last month and did the job well to score a strong win. She’s drawn the inside alley here and should take a power of beating again. 10. Master Of Disguise led and kicked away to score by a big margin at Albury at her latest start when second-up from a spell. She has the talent to go on with the job. 2. Afterboomer has only missed a place once from five starts and this looks well within his reach. 4. He’s My Warrior has a win and four placings from 11 starts and he can figure again here without surprising.
