Another CCTV grab of the accused who attacked Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan at his Mumbai-based apartment has surfaced, NDTV reported citing sources.
The timestamp in the CCTV indicates that the suspect was escaping the actor’s residence after the incident. Later, the same suspect was captured in fresh clothes – a blue shirt – at Bandra Railway station.
Saif Ali Khan is out of ICU
Saif Ali Khan, who was rushed to the ICU ward of Lilavati Hospital, is out of danger now, doctors informed mediapersons. “We are observing his progress and he is doing excellently well according to our expectations. As per his progress, we have advised him bed rest and if he is comfortable, then in two to three days we will discharge him,” said Dr Nitin Dange, neurosurgeon at Lilavati Hospital.
In the early hours of Tuesday, actor Khan was attacked with a knife multiple times at his Bandra West-based apartment in Mumbai. Shortly after the incident, he was rushed to Lilavati hospital by his wight-year-old son Taimur and a caretaker.
