Dividend Alert: PTC India board on Saturday announced an interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share at the rate of 50 per cent for the financial year 2024-25. The PSU has fixed Monday, May 05, as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders for the interim dividend.

On Friday, the stock settled 4 per cent lower to Rs 179.20 apiece, with day’s high and low at Rs 187 apiece and Rs 178 apiece, respectively.

PTC India Dividend History

The company has declared final dividends over the past three years. On September 19, 2024, the company announced a final dividend of Rs 7.80 per share. Similarly, on September 20, 2023, it had declared a final dividend of Rs 7.80 per share. Earlier, on December 15, 2022, the company had declared a final dividend of Rs 5.80 per share.

For the period ending Dec-24, Sep-24, and FY23-24, PTC India’s financials are as follows:

Revenue stood at Rs 3,264.02 crore, Rs 4,965.59 crore, and Rs 16,006.79 crore respectively. The net profit figures were Rs 110.59 crore, Rs 116.50 crore, and Rs 368.98 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) were Rs 3.74, Rs 3.94, and Rs 12.47, while cash EPS were Rs 3.76, Rs 3.96, and Rs 12.58. Operating profit margin (OPM %) recorded were 4.63%, 3.33%, and 3.13%, and net profit margin (NPM %) were 3.39%, 2.35%, and 2.31%.
