Aditya Birla Fashion Demerger: Aditya Birla Fashion And Retail has demerged into two listed entities, aimed at stronger growth trajectories in their niche markets. Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited (ABLBL) is spinning off from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (ABFRL) to cater to different customers.

Aditya Birla Fashion Demerger Record Date

Aditya Birla Fashion And Retail Limited’s board has fixed Thursday, May 22, 2025, as the record date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders of the company who will be entitled to be issued equity shares of ABLBL as per the scheme of arrangement.

Aditya Birla Fashion Demerger Ratio

Shareholders of ABFRL will get shares of ABLBL in the ratio of 1:1. Accordingly, as per the sanctioned Scheme, 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share of ABLBL having face value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each for every 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each of the Company will be issued and allotted by ABLBL to the equity shareholders of the Company holding equity shares as on the Record Date.

The said equity shares to be allotted by ABLBL are proposed to be listed with BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
