10′ Puru scores Cronulla’s first
A set restart puts the Sharks on the attack and a late Ramien offload gives them a roll on.
Brailey slices through from dummy half, he has Puru in support and the debutant goes over! What a moment for the first gamer.
Trindall converts and quick as you like it’s 8-0 Sharks.

4′ Trindall opens the scoring
Hetherington gives away a penalty in the ruck and Cronulla are on the attack, then Trindall goes short to Burns who bursts through.
On the last Trindall puts it down but Manly get pinged for offside and Trindall takes the two.

Tips
If Manly had both their Origin guys I’d give them a real shot here but without the strike Koula and Olakau’atu provide I’m not sure they’ll have the points in them.
Let’s go Cronulla by four with Addin Fonua-Blake (normally a prolific tryscorer for a prop but doesn’t have one yet this year) to get over first.

Final teams: Sharks vs Sea Eagles
Addin Fonua-Blake and Blayke Brailey will back up from Origin I for the Sharks but Briton Nikora will be rested.
Billy Burns starts at second row in his place with Hohepa Puru joining the bench. Big night for the Puru family – Hohepa’s twin brother Niwhai is making his NRL debut at halfback for the injured Nicho Hynes.
One other change for the Sharks, KL Iro is out with a knee laceration and Mawene Hiroti will start at centre.
Manly are 1-19 as named on Tuesday with Origin duo Tolu Koula and Haumole Olakau’atu both getting a spell.
