WHY THE DATE HAS SHIFTED

CBSE explained that the shift in the launch date is meant to improve the overall functioning of the system. The board wants to ensure that students face no technical issues while submitting applications for verification or re-evaluation of their answer books.

Officials said the additional time will help strengthen the backend process and ensure smooth access for all candidates once the portal goes live.

WHAT STUDENTS SHOULD KNOW

Students who are planning to apply for verification or re-evaluation will now be able to access the portal from June 1, 2026. Once operational, they will be able to submit their requests through the official Post-Result Activities portal.

CBSE has advised students to carefully follow instructions before applying and ensure that all details are correctly filled in while submitting requests.

SUPPORT SYSTEM IN PLACE

To assist students with queries related to the process, CBSE has also activated support channels. Candidates can contact the CBSE Tele-Counselling Helpline at 1800 11 8004.

In addition, students can also reach out via email at resultcbse2026@cbseshiksha.in for any clarification regarding post-result services.

The board said these support systems have been set up to ensure that students do not face confusion during the application process and receive timely assistance.
