A manhunt is underway in the Northern Territory’s capital after a man sensationally vaulted a glass dock to escape court.

Brandt Graham, 44, fled from the Darwin Local Court about 9.50am on Friday and has remained on the run since then.

According to the Northern Territory Police Force, Mr Bandt was in the custody of G4S court security at the time.

Mr Bandt scaled an eight-foot glass-enclosed dock before running from the courtroom while chased by staff, the NT News reported.
