The death of a man who was found with serious injuries behind a venue in Melbourne’s inner-west is being treated as suspicious.
The man, who was suffering serious injuries, was found behind a licensed premises on Nicholson Street in Footscray, near Irvine Street, about 7.45pm on Sunday.
Emergency services treated the man but he died at the scene.
He is yet to be formally identified.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said the man’s death is being treated as suspicious.
No arrests have been made at the time of publication.
