A UFO expert has claimed an extraterrestrial arms race is underway.
Jordan Flowers, the executive director of the UAP Disclosure Foundation, has insisted America’s latest batch of declassified files released earlier this month suggest both Russia and China are carrying out top secret research progams which aim to extract and copy new technology from crashed alien space ships using “reverse engineering”.
During an appearance on NewsNation Prime, Flowers insisted the situation could have grave implications for global security, saying: “We also have reason to believe that the Chinese and the Russians may have retrieved their own objects related to this and may have tried to reverse engineer them …
“This is a global phenomenon, and it’s really a race to see who can reverse engineer this first, and it has extreme national security implications that we really need to get our hands around.”
Flowers went on to add the latest release of files – which dropped on June 12 – show President Trump’s administration is making information on UAPs – Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena – a “high-priority topic”.
He added: “It’s important to know that they’ve released items that indicate that not only has the Air Force been taking this issue extremely seriously since 1948, at least, despite their claims, but also that today, the Director of National Intelligence Office and the FBI have multiple investigations going on about this topic.”
The UAP Disclosure Foundation is hosting a forum in Washington, D.C. on June 25 to address the latest revelations and pour over topics including technology and national security.
He said: “We really want to understand the impact of this across all of these disciplines.”
Documentary filmmaker Joshua Golembeske, guest host of the Cosmic Disclosure series, also weighed in on the latest drop of files and insisted the US government is taking technology retrieval very seriously.
He told the outlet: “There was crash retrieval operations where they were attempting to reverse engineer exotic technology.
“They mention antigravitic propulsion systems … this is something that’s so extraordinary because if we were trying to reverse engineer these technologies 50 years ago, where are we today?
“What type of world-changing technologies are being hidden from the public? I want to know the answers.”
