Why has the quiz changed?
Our new quiz format is faster, smoother and easier to play on your mobile.
We’ve also introduced several new features. For the first time, you’ll see how other players scored in real time and be able to share your result with friends and family on Facebook, X and WhatsApp. We have more exciting updates on the horizon too.
Tell us what you think about the new experience here. We’re keen to hear from you.
Can I see the number of questions in the quiz?
Yes, the total number of questions is displayed next to the progress bar at the top of the quiz. The number of your current question is also shown (e.g. 3/25).
Want to keep track of your score? You can find a running tally in green at the top right of the quiz.
Can I see all the quiz questions at a glance?
No, we challenge players to complete the quiz one question at a time.
Can I skip questions and come back to them later?
Yes, simply use the “Next” and “Back” buttons to navigate between questions.
When I answer a question, there’s a percentage for correct and incorrect. Why?
Thanks for noticing! This is a new addition to the quiz. It lets you track how your score compares to other readers by showing the percentage of players who got that question right or wrong. It will also help you gauge the difficulty of each question after you’ve answered.
Can I see a breakdown of my correct and incorrect answers?
Once you complete the quiz, you’ll be presented with a final score. You can also share your result on Facebook, X and WhatsApp. Use the “Back” button to go back through your answers.
Can I reset the quiz for other players on my device?
Yes, simply refresh your page. You can also click or tap “Play Again” at the end of the results screen to reset the quiz.
