Hugh Hefner’s son Marston Hefner has become a dad for a second time.

The 36-year-old writer and his wife, Anna Lambropoulos Hefner – also parents to a three-year-old son named Forrest – have welcomed a baby girl into the world.

Marston took to Instagram on Sunday (09.08.26) and posted multiple adorable shots, including himself and Anna cradling the newborn, as well as Forrest holding his sister, with the caption: “Life is forever changed.

“I can already feel space enter into my life where before there was activity, and knowing me, I will cling to building my career and finishing the novel, all the while furiously loving my new daughter.

“She will be everything soon enough. As I navigate this, I find myself grateful to have you all with as I go along the way.”

Playboy founder Hugh’s former girlfriends, TV personalities Bridget Marquardt, 52, and Holly Madison, 46, wished Marston and Anna “congratulations” in the post’s comments section, and many fans followed suit.

One penned: “Welcome little Angel!!! So happy for your beautiful family. Sending prayers and well wishes your way!!! Forrest is going to make the best big brother ever (sic).”

A second supporter gushed: “Oh my goodness congratulations she’s beautiful (sic).”

And a third follower reacted: “Sooooo precious. Congratulations (sic).”

Days after Forrest’s arrival on July 15, 2023, Marston – whose mom is 64-year-old model Kimberley Conrad – shared his excitement about becoming a dad.

He told People: “I always wanted to be a parent, and I just never found the person who felt right for me or who wanted to do it with me, for the long term. Now, it feels like I’m really in that Hollywood romance stage of things.”

Anna – originally from Chicago – felt the same way and knew she wanted to marry Marston and have children with him as soon as they met.

She said: “I always wanted to be married and have a family.

“But dating in Los Angeles is kind of horrifying. Once I met Marston, I knew. And we’ve never spent time apart since.”

Anna added: “We knew we wanted children, and I thought it would take longer since all kinds of things can happen when you plan to have a family.

“But we got very fortunate, and we were able to conceive right away, so I’ve been pregnant most of our newlywed year.

“We got to live the best bachelor life for as long as we possibly could, and then we were like, ‘OK, let’s have a baby.’

“We’re very fortunate we had an easy pregnancy, easy labor and delivery. So just very grateful that everything went smoothly.

“But I was in shock, and Marston really calmed me down and reminded me what a good team we are and that this is what we wanted.”

Hugh – who died in September 2017 at the age of 91 – and Kimberley got married in July 1989, and they split nine years later, but remained legally married because she wanted to for Marston and their second son, 34-year-old son Cooper.

He filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, in September 2009, and their divorce was finalised in March the following year.
