Police are investigating the death of a 16-year-old Sydney girl after a suspected choking act during sex.
The teenager died in hospital on Tuesday night, two days after she was found unresponsive in a suburban northern beaches home.
Emergency services responding to a concern for welfare at an Elanora Heights home about 5.45pm on Sunday and found the girl unresponsive.
She was flown to Royal North Shore Hospital in a critical condition, where she died on Tuesday night.
Police are now investigating the incident.
