Billy Baldwin would never work with Sharon Stone again.
The 63-year-old actor initially got on well with his Sliver co-star when they started working on the 1993 movie but ultimately “tension” between them left the whole cast and crew feeling “miserable”.
Speaking on the Lisa Guerrero Unleashed podcast, Billy said: “We got along pretty well the first couple weeks. And then she wouldn’t say ‘hello’ or ‘goodbye’ to me for the next three months.”
Relations deteroriated so much, Billy refused to “kiss” Sharon when the scene called for it.
He said: “We had four love scenes. The first three were in the first couple of weeks when everything was jiving. It was never a problem.”
The actor then requested a meeting with producers to address the situation.
He said: “I said to [Robert] Evans, ‘I can’t do the last love scene. I can’t do it.’ “
Billy eventually agreed to the scene but recalled he had one request.
He told producers: “I can do the scene but just please don’t make me kiss her. …I can’t kiss her.”
Billy claimed producer Robert Evans urged the pair to sleep together in a bid to ease the atmosphere on set.
Calling out Sharon for a “lie” in her 2021 memoir, The Beauty of Living Twice, in which she claimed the producer had pressured her to have sex with Billy to make his performance “better”, he said he had been given the same talk from Evans.
He said: “He wasn’t talking about Sharon not being able to act.
“He was saying, ‘I keep getting reports that there’s incredibly bad tension. We know what it’s all about. All this pent-up sexual energy tension. Just do it and get it over with.’ ”
He called Sharon “silly” for implying otherwise and also alleged she had a “a shrine to [him] in her trailer,” complete with “candles and pictures”.
Billy had previously threatened to dish the “dirt” on “unprofessional” Sharon after she made her claims about Evans – who died in 2019 aged 89 – wanting her to get intimate with her co-star in order to “save the movie”.
He ranted on X: “Not sure why Sharon Stone keep talking about me all these years later?
“Does she still have a crush on me or is she still hurt after all these years because I shunned her advances?
“Did she say to her gal pal Janice Dickinson the day after I screen tested and ran into them on our MGM Grand flight back to New York… ‘I’m gonna make him fall so hard for me, it’s gonna make his head spin.’???”
Billy went on: “I have so much dirt on her it would make her head spin but I’ve kept quiet.
“The story of the meeting I had with Bob Evans imploring him allow me to choreograph the final sex scene in the photo below so I wouldn’t have to kiss Sharon is absolute legend.
“Wonder if I should write a book and tell the many, many disturbing, kinky and unprofessional tales about Sharon? That might be fun.”
