Indian photographer Jijo Pulikkathodi from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ( UAE), had been attempting his luck with 17 friends for just four months when their shared ticket won a USD 1 million ( Rs 9.50 crore ) prize.
The 41-year-old from Kerala won the Millennium Millionaire Series 556 on Wednesday, September 9 at Concourse B of Dubai International Airport with the passport range 4891.
On August 22, Pulikkathodi purchased the seat online and paid the fee with his 17 American companions. The party had been collaborating on the promo for three to four months.
” Thanks a lot Dubai Duty Free. This victory may undoubtedly benefit everyone,” he declared.
Pulikkathodi, who has resided in Ajman for the past four decades, is the 283rd American national to have won the USD 1 million Millennium Millionaire award since the campaign first launched in 1999.
The Finest Surprise draws, which offered three luxurious cars, followed the main pick.
Indian National wins Range Rover
Ashish Dhanak, an American federal from Sharjah, won a Range Rover SE P360 in Carpathian Grey in the 1962 film Finest Surprise Series. His winning seat was numbered 1243.
Dhanak purchased the seat at Concourse B on August 19 for$ 19. He has been a part of the aircraft development for 15 times, buying tickets while traveling, and was born and raised in Dubai.
The father of two is employed by a production firm in Sharjah.
” Dubai Duty Free is range one,” he declared. He thanked me for my first victory,” Thank you very much.”

In the Finest Surprise Series 678, Melwin Pontes won an Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 with the passport range 0505.
The Dubai-based Indian won his second bicycle race with the development after purchasing his passage digitally on September 1.
In October 2025, he recently won an Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100.
BMW motorcycle wins Turkey regional
Eser Erol, a Turkish national dwelling in Dubai, won the Finest Surprise Series 677 in Trophy White, Blue, and Red.
His winning seat, which was purchased at Concourse A on August 30th, was range 0978.
Erol has lived in Dubai since 2024, and he was purchasing his second passage when he won. He is a licensed cyclist who works for Bosch Middle East at DAFZA as a local sales manager.
