Luke Evans used to have a crush on Harrison Ford.

The Party star – who lives in Lisbon with his partner – revealed he was “in love” with Harrison when he was younger.

When asked who was his childhood crush, Luke, 47, told The Guardian: “As a child, Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones. I was in love with him.”

When asked what love feels like, Luke replied: “It’s like a blanket I wrap around myself knowing that every mountain I have to climb, every problem I have to deal with, I will share with someone who will help me, and vice versa.”

The actor – who was Tony-nominated for his role in The Rocky Horror Show on Broadway – also revealed he would love for Joe Locke to play him in a movie about his life and said that if he had to choose between “more sex, money or fame”, he would choose “money”.

When asked “what has been your biggest disappointment?”, Luke replied: “Not liking myself earlier in my life. Always questioning how I looked and how people felt about me, and worrying about the wrong things” and he admitted his life would be improved by “working less”.

Luke – whose films include Clash of the Titans, the Fast Furious franchise, The Hobbit trilogy and Beauty and the Beast – also admitted he can be too hard on himself.

He said: “Being hard on myself, saying negative things in my head that are not helpful” is his worst trait and revealed his greatest fear is “being old and lonely”.

Meanwhile, Luke recently paid tribute to The Rocky Horror Show star Tim Curry, who passed away last month.

He wrote on Instagram: “Three weeks ago, I wrote a letter to Tim Curry. He was a force, a bright fierce flame, an exquisite charm and that rich vocal tone, he was an inspiration to me and so many more people for the roles he played and the effect he had on so many of us.”

The letter contained the message: “I just want to say thank you. For your fearless performance, for creating something so enduring, and for inspiring generations of actors to be a little braver than they thought they could be. I hope wherever you are, you’d approve of one more Frank having the time of his life in those heels. With admiration, Luke x”
