Hyderabad: An MoU has been signed between the Telangana government and the Telangana State Aviation Academy ( TGSAA ) to provide technical and practical aviation training to state-level youth.
The three-year Aircraft Maintenance Engineering ( AME) Training Diploma Program at the Jawaharlal Nehru Government Polytechnic ( JNGP ) in Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, will also provide access to enhanced, practical and industry-oriented training as part of the agreement signed on September 18.
In addition to their theoretical learning, students will also get training in practical use of aircraft, familiarization with aircraft, and techniques, as well as industry-based work experience.
Under the aegis of JNGP and TGSAA, theoretical instruction, laboratory practice, plane familiarization, and system education will be offered for the first two years. In the last year of their studies, TGSAA will provide 2, 100 time of practical work experience or business coaching.

TGSAA will not only provide qualified instructors, but it will also provide access to particular plane, hands-on training in aircraft maintenance, and work experience in maintenance areas.
Students gain direct insight and industry experience from organizations that fly training, airlines, aircraft operators, maintenance, repair, and overhaul ( MRO ), aeronautical manufacturing, and aerospace.
The program includes required safety and security instruction and instruction to confirm compliance with AAI and BCAS rules, giving the aviation industry a prioritization.
This collaboration enables the government’s specialized training system to meet the requirements of the aviation sector. Students will have the opportunity to add practical experience to their classroom knowledge in a real-world plane businesses setting.
Students who complete the necessary training hours, maintain 90 percent presence, and meet the required efficiency standards will receive a” Practical Education Certification.”
The MoU may remain in effect for five years after filing, and it may be renewed by mutual consent.
This relationship will make a major move forward in bridging technical knowledge and the state’s industry by providing the children of Telangana with skill development in the aviation sector as well as access to useful training and industry experience.
