A former police officer accused of murdering his ex-boyfriend and the man’s new boyfriend will fight the allegations before NSW’s highest court.
Beaumont Lamarre-Condon is accused of murdering his former boyfriend, Jesse Baird, at a Paddington home in NSW in February 2024.
He is further charged with killing Mr Baird’s new boyfriend, Luke Davies, on the same day at the home.
Mr Lamarre-Condon also allegedly broke into the Paddington home months prior in August 2023.
He has entered pleas of not guilty to all charges and is due to fight the allegations before a jury trial in the Supreme Court of NSW.
The trial is due to begin on Monday, more than two years after the alleged murders.
