Lemmy reportedly dated former adult film star Jasmine St. Claire.
The star, who also had a stint working for Extreme Championship Wrestling in the 1990s, has claimed she had a fling with the late Motorhead legend after moving to California, and while their romance didn’t last, they remained friends.
She told the What Do You Call It? podcast: “I dated him when I first moved to California briefly, but we were friends till the end of his death, or till his end of days when he died.”
Jasmine added that the Ace of Spades rock star told her “he was sick” before he died aged 70 in December 2015 after being diagnosed with cancer.
She added: “Many years after, we still had a friendship, friendship. We could meet up cities and towns later without really speaking much throughout the year and things like [that].
“It just didn’t seem like a beat was missed, if that makes sense. That’s the kind of friend he was.”
Lemmy passed away over a decade ago, and the heavy metal legend’s request before his death was for his ashes to be placed inside bullets and sent to his loved ones.
In 2021, Motorhead’s tour manager and production assistant, Eddie Rocha and Emma Cederblad, shared a video of them getting a tattoo tribute using their late friend’s ashes.
A clip was shared on social media with caption: “Some of Lemmy’s ashes were shared with family and close friends.”
The bullet was then shown before the powdery residue was seen being slipped into ink to create a portrait of the musician for Eddie’s leg, and the band’s iconic spade emblem for Emma.
Former MTV Headbangers Ball host Riki Rachtman was the first to share the golden bullet he received engraved with Lemmy’s name earlier that year.
He captioned his post on X, formerly Twitter: “Before his death #Lemmy asked for his ashes to be put in some bullets handed out to his closest friends Today I received a bullet and was literally brought to tears Thank you @myMotorhead.”
