സി എം ആര്‍ എല്‍ കേസ്: എഫ് ഐ ആര്‍ ഇടാത്തതിനെതിരായ ഹര്‍ജി ഇന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍

തിരുവനന്തപുരം | സി എം ആര്‍ എല്‍ കേസില്‍ ഇ ഡി നല്‍കിയ കത്തില്‍ കേരള പോലീസ് എഫ് ഐ ആര്‍ ഇടാത്തതിനെതിരായ ഹര്‍ജി ഇന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍.

പൊതുപ്രവര്‍ത്തകന്‍ കെ എം ഷാജഹാന്‍ നല്‍കിയ ഹര്‍ജിയാണ് ഇന്ന് കോടതി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്. ബാങ്ക് രേഖകള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ തെളിവുകള്‍ ഇ ഡി നല്‍കിയിട്ടും എഫ്‌ഐ ആര്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യാത്തത് ഒത്തുകളി എന്നാണ് ഹര്‍ജിയിലെ ആരോപണം.
