A one-year-old girl has died after a single vehicle left Golden Mile Road near Dysart, about 290km southwest of Mackay, and rolled on Sunday morning.
Emergency crews were called to Golden Mile Road about 9.05am after the vehicle left the road and overturned.
The girl was pronounced dead at the scene.
A five-month-old boy was also seriously injured in the crash, while the driver, a 22-year-old Moranbah woman, suffered minor injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is now investigating the circumstances of the incident.
Police have urged anyone with information, or dashcam or CCTV vision from the area around the time of the crash, to contact investigators.
