Anne Hathaway has been on “an amazing journey” in 2026.
The 43-year-old actress announced her pregnancy in June, and has also starred in a number of big-budget movies this year, including Mother Mary, The Devil Wears Prada 2, The Odyssey, The End of Oak Street, and Verity.
The movie star told Extra: “An amazing thing to realise is you can do so many things while completely exhausted.
“It’s just such an amazing journey where you discover what you’re made of, you know, and because it’s not just, like, depleting yourself in the name of something else. You actually get fed at the same time with so much joy and so much love.”
Anne feels grateful for where she’s currently at in her life and in her career.
The acclaimed actress – who already has Jonathan, ten, and Jack, six, with husband Adam Shulman – said: “You do find yourself expanding. You find your patience expanding. You find your grace expanding for yourself, for others, and there’s just no way it hasn’t impacted and improved my life.”
Asked how her third pregnancy differs from the other two, Anne shared: “We’re feeling a cultural shift where there’s more awareness there. There’s less, like, the stuff that happens behind closed doors and maybe just more, ‘This is something we can connect over as a human experience.’”
Anne previously revealed that she’s relished her jam-packed work schedule in 2026.
The actress has starred in a host of high-profile movies already this year, and Anne has embraced her schedule.
She told The Hollywood Reporter: “When I got my schedule for this year from all the wonderful film studios that I’ve worked with, I saw it and I kind of thought I was being punked.
“But then they showed me that no, no, no, all these [release] dates were going to hold and I just said as long as audiences don’t get sick of my face — which I wouldn’t blame them, I would not blame them if they did — let’s go.”
