Tallulah Willis has shared a sweet photo of her and her acting legend father Bruce Willis, giving a rare insight into their family life amid his battle with dementia.
The youngest daughter of Willis and Demi Moore took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the heartwarming father-daughter moment with her more than 400,000 followers.
In the photo, Tallulah, 32, was seen kissing the Die Hard actor on his forehead as she stood above him and carefully cradled his head.
The Fifth Element star could be seen closing his eyes as he soaked up the special moment.
“So cute! 😚😚,” she captioned the post, which provided a pleasant role reversal from other photos she has shared of her dad kissing her on the head.
The photo comes nearly a month after Tallulah shared an update on the health of her dad, who was diagnosed with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
Aphasia is a language disorder that makes it hard to speak, read, write, or understand words, while FTD is a brain condition causing progressive damage to either or both the frontal or temporal lobes of the brain, according to Dementia Australia.
FTD can change people’s behaviour, personality, language and movement. Memory isn’t always affected, especially in the early stages, but these changes can get worse over time.
Tallulah said at the end of August that her dad is “doing the same in terms of the last we kind of updated, which I’m told is good”.
“But whatever kind of day it is, my family and I meet him where he’s at.”
The artist also told People that visiting her dad and spending “some time with him” has been a part of her routine.
When she does see her dad, she admits that it’s important for her “to go into it open to what the visit is, and knowing that before I go in, I’m solid. I’m okay”.
It comes as Willis attended Tallulah’s August 8 wedding to husband Justin Acee.
The 71-year-old could be seen in one black-and-white photo smiling with one arm around Tallulah as she leaned into him, while Acee held his other hand.
Willis and Moore also share daughters Rumer and Scout, and Willis is also dad to daughters Mabel and Evelyn with his wife Emma Heming Willis who cares for him full-time.
