TV personality Sophie Walsh and former Sydney Sixers’ captain Moises Henriques have welcomed a baby girl into the world, announcing her birth on Instagram.
The couple shared posts on Thursday doting on daughter Clementine “Minty” Ana Henriques, who was born on September 29.
“The sweetest girl we’ve ever known,” Walsh wrote.
Henriques son from a former marriage also featured in photos, beaming at his younger sister.

“Welcome to our sweet little angel.” Henriques said.
“So proud and in love with mumma (Walsh).
“Her older brother Archie is absolutely besotted for now …”

The birth comes only months after Henriques announced his retirement from Big Bash cricket after a 22-year career.
While calling time on Australian domestic cricket, Henriques returned to his home country of Portugal in August to captain the country’s national team ahead of the 2028 World Cup.

Walsh has served an illustrious career in the media with Nine News, working as a Europe correspondent, Weekend Today host and most recently presenting the Sydney Weather.
The couple began dating in 2024

Many of Walsh’s Nine colleagues congratulated the new mum on her baby.
“Wonderful news, Soph! So happy to see you with your darling girl in your arms. Minty is a beauty!” Today host Sylvia Jefferies said.
Among those sharing the joy were A Current Affair journalist Liz Pearl and former Today presenter Tim Davies.
