Live: Roosters and Broncos back at it in another NRLW grand final

Can Mark Nawaqanitawase and a bit of Bondi sand make some magic happen for both Roosters crews in action today?

We’ve just kicked off the second half of today’s State Championship between NSW Cup winners Penrith and Queensland Cup champs the Redcliffe Dolphins.

But already the result looks like a foregone conclusion as the Phins lead 40-4 coming out of the break, only for the men from Moreton Bay to add another to start the second stanza.

Dolphins five-eighth Jake Averillo is having a day out with three tries, three line breaks and two try assists already.

The Panthers are Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup champions, but there won’t be a repeat of 2022, when they won Flegg, Cup, State Championship and the NRL premiership.
