Bonnie Blue is “kind, thoughtful and genuinely lovely”.

The adult entertainer has attracted criticism for her antics, including having sex with over 1,000 men in 12 hours and accepting more than £900,000 for the right to name her child, but the anonymous driver of her notorious Bang Bus has insisted she isn’t an outrageous person to be around.

He said: “Not everyone gets to experience Bonnie behind the scenes.

“But she’s kind, thoughtful, funny and genuinely a lovely person to be around.

“Honestly, when the cameras are off she’s just a girl living her life.”

Last week, Bonnie hit out at police after her vehicle was surrounded by cops before she was ordered out of Leeds city centre for alleged anti-social behaviour and causing distress, and her driver thought their response was extreme, though they had expected to be stopped.

He said: “I knew nothing crazy would happen with the police, but giving us an ASBO was pretty funny. I’m not 13 running around the streets.

“There were thousands of Freshers on the street, but they had six police officers show up to us and then two extra turned up to write the ASBO.”

The driver admitted working for Bonnie is a “crazy” experience.

He said: “Most things are crazy with the job. But the one that sticks out the most was the 1,057 event. I was just not expecting everything that happened.”

It is not uncommon for fans to chase down the Bang Bus and try to get on board.

The driver said: “It’s not unusual at all, it happens regularly every time we take it out for work.

“In Bali people were chasing us down. In Australia for Schoolies, one guy was literally chasing the van throughout Surfers Paradise shouting ‘Bonnie Blue’s Bang Bus’, and he did it on multiple nights.

“It just goes to show that people really want to get in.”

Bali led to a particularly “frightening” experience, when the driver – who is documenting his antics on Instagram at @bonniebluesdriver – was deported alongside the OnlyFans star.

He said: “I really wasn’t expecting that outcome.

“It’s crazy to think the whole time we were there people were spying and following us and flying drones over our villa.

“When we got arrested we had no help at the start and being in a third world country wasn’t ideal, so that was definitely a frightening moment.”
