Bangalore Police detained an absconding suspect in a criminal homicide event from September in Musheerabad on Sunday, October 4.
A 19-year-old reportedly passed away at a Ganesh Agaman parade in Ramnagar in earlier September, according to the accused, Mohammad Maher Siddiq Ahmed, alias Siddiq.
S Badrinath, the father of the deceased, claimed in his grievance that his brother died as a result of the immediate ruckus, panic, and unrestrained movement of the crowd. Officers then launched a spacecraft and filed a situation.
The 34-year-old accused, Siddiq, was uncovered during the investigation that he had organized the event without getting proper permission to use audible DJ music, tall big trusses, or use firecrackers. The organizers continued using audible sound systems beyond permitted limits despite receiving numerous warnings from officials, according to police.
People reportedly threw firecrackers at the audience during the program, which sparked a frenzied noise and anxiety. According to authorities, the situation quickly turned turbulent as people began to move uncontrollably. Bhadrinath fell asleep near a clinic during the subsequent noise. He was moved to Gandhi Hospital, where specialists immediately declared him dead.
The respondent requested appropriate legal action after being questioned as to whether his son’s death was connected to the activities at the Ganesh Agaman project. Authorities confirmed that Siddiq and some acted carelessly and with information of the dangers that might befall people.
The incident was registered under Sections 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at the Musheerabad police station and 3 ( 5 ) of its common intentions.
