Camille Grammer has blasted her ex-husband Kelsey Grammer, accusing him of forgetting their daughter’s birthday.
Mason Grammer turned 25 on Saturday (24.10.26), but Camille – who was married to Kelsey from 1997 to 2011 – claims the Frasier star hadn’t called their child, or sent a text, three days later.
Camille wrote on Instagram: “A daughter should never have to wonder whether her father remembers her birthday. Three days later, and still not a call or a text. [broken heart emoji]
“You can be a beloved actor to the world, but being a father is a role that requires showing up when the cameras are off. Fame, accolades, and public admiration mean very little if you neglect the people who should matter most.
Some wounds come not from what is said, but from the silence.
A mother never stops hurting when her child is hurt. 25 is a milestone birthday. Sometimes the silence is deafening, and the disappointment speaks volumes. (sic)”
Camille – who also has son Jude, 22, with Kelsey – claims Mason had been checking her phone “all weekend”, and says her daughter even searched her “spam folder” for a message from Kelsey.
She added: “Mason told me she kept checking her phone all weekend, hoping her father had called, even from an unfamiliar number or that his message had somehow ended up in her spam folder. She even checked there, searching for any sign that he had reached out. (sic)”
Camille claims Mason has felt “increasingly excluded” from Kelsey’s “life and home”.
She also wrote in the comments: “A stepmother should want to encourage a healthy, loving relationship between a father and his daughter. Sadly, from my perspective, that hasn’t been Mason’s experience. Instead, she has felt increasingly excluded from her father’s life and home. No matter the adult relationships involved, a daughter deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and loved—not pushed to the sidelines. A 25th birthday should be a celebration of love, not another reminder of the distance between a father and his child. (sic)”
Kelsey or his rep are yet to comment on the claims.
In May, Camille claimed Kelsey had “no remorse” after abruptly ending their marriage.
The pair split in 2010 after 13 years of marriage and just weeks later he announced he was expecting a baby with Kayte Walsh, who he later made his fourth wife.
Speaking on the Humble Brag podcast, Camille previously told former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Cynthia Bailey and Crystal Kung Minkoff: “He sent me a text saying, ‘I feel no remorse for what I am doing.’
“And that was very harsh because I was very much in love with him and I believed he was very much in love with me. We did have very many good years in our marriage, and a lot of fun times.”
