An elderly school traffic warden who was attacked in the carpark of a fast food outlet in Baldivis, kicked to the ground and punched, is now at home recovering.
The man accused of inflicting the injuries is now behind bars after pleading guilty to all charges.
Video footage from witnesses shows the man unhappy with his chocolate milkshake order at Hungry Jacks hurling verbal abuse and items at staff.
Outside the restaurant, the same man kicks down 81-year-old Bernie Dockrell, punching him before another man steps in to help restrain the assailant before police arrive.
