Formula One star Charles Leclerc is loving life as a dad.
The 29-year-old Ferrari driver and his 25-year-old wife, Alexandra, welcomed a baby girl named Bianca on Tuesday (03.11.26) and Charles gushed over their newborn at the Brazilian Grand Prix on Friday (06.11.26)
According to the Daily Mail, he said: “It’s definitely the most special thing ever and you kind of expect it, because I always wanted to be a young dad. And obviously with Alex it felt like the right time.
“And it’s a very special moment. It’s a week I will forever remember for all the positive reasons. This week was all about Bianca and it’s been incredible.”
The sports star flew back to Monaco following the Mexican Grand Prix on November 1 so he could join Alexandra in welcoming Bianca.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday (04.11.26), she shared an adorable shot of their bundle of joy’s legs wrapped up in a pink knitted outfit and feet in matching shoes.
Alexandra captioned the joint upload: “Bianca 3.11.26 (sic).”
Fans filled the post’s comments section with sweet messages, as one gushed: “Omg so cute welcome little one (sic).”
A second supporter reacted: “Wow so proud of you guys. Congratulations to both of you and welcome to Bianca (sic).”
And a third follower penned: “Congratulations so adorable and a beautiful blessing (sic).”
Bianca’s arrival comes around eight months after Charles and Alexandra got married in a private ceremony in Monaco.
The couple, whose special day saw them drive away in a vintage 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, got engaged in November 2025.
The nine-time Grand Prix winner and the art dealer’s beloved Dachshund, Leo, played a big role in the proposal, wearing a bow tie with a dog bone-shaped tag that had “DAD WANTS TO MARRY YOU” engraved on it.
Charles also had masses of red roses in a heart shape and candles laid out, as well as cookies in the shape of their initials at the dinner table.
In October 2025, the racing driver shared that he wanted to start a family with Alexandra.
Speaking to Le Journal des Femmes, Charles said: “I have more personal aspirations, like starting a family, which I can achieve by continuing to chase the world title.”
Before Bianca’s birth, the sports star and Alexandra had already found “happiness” with Leo, who travels around the globe with his parents to the Grands Prix.
Charles added: “Getting a dog was the best decision Alexandra and I made. He brings us so much love.”
