Asian Paints Q4 FY25 Results: Asian Paints on Thursday reported the net profit of Rs 692.1 crore for Q4 FY25, reflecting a decline of 45 per cent YoY from Rs 1,256.7 crore in Q4 FY24. The paint maker’s revenue hit marginally to Rs 8,329.6 crore, down 4.3 per cent YoY from Rs 8,0701 crore in Q4 FY24.

EBITDA also showed a drop of 15 per cent YoY to Rs 1,436.2 crore in Q4 FY25, against Rs 1,691.4 crore in Q4 FY24.
Meanwhile, EPS for Q4 FY25 dropped 45 per cent to Rs 7.22, against Rs 13.11 in Q4 FY24.
On Thursday, Asian Paints shares fell 1.29 per cent to Rs 2302.50 per share on BSE, from the day’s opening at Rs 2329.85 apiece. The day’s high and low remained at Rs 2349 and Rs 2293, respectively.
Asian Paints Final Dividend 2025
Asian Paints announced a final dividend of Rs 20.55 per share for FY2024-25.
The total dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, aggregates to Rs. 24.80 (Rupees twenty-four and paise eighty only) per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 (Rupee one) each including the interim dividend of Rs. 4.25 (Rupees four and paise twenty-five only) per equity share as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 9th November 2024, which was paid thereafter.
The Company has fixed Tuesday, 10th June 2025 as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of members to the final dividend for the financial year ended 31 st March 2025. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or after Monday, 30th June 2025.
Asian Paints FY25 Performance
Asian Paints reported a 32.8 per cent decline in profit for FY25 to Rs 3,667.2 crore, against Rs 5,460 crore in FY24.
