Danielle Collins not only blew kisses to the booing crowd but took to the microphone during her post game interview and taunted them some more during her post match interview.
“I mean Destanee,” Collins began, as boos rained down on her.
She then changed tack.
“I was thinking during the match, if I’m out here, I might as well take that big fat pay cheque and go on a holiday.
“Coco and I love taking a five-star vacation. Part of that cheque is going to go to that.
“Thanks so much for coming out here and supporting us tonight.”
The interviewer wrapped up the chat but Collins took the microphone to give the crowd some more.
“Thank you guys. Love ya,” Collins said.
No.10 seed Danielle Collins has beaten Australian qualifier Destanee Aiava in three sets.
Collins gave it to the Australian crowd after she won, holding her hand to her ear and receiving boos.
She then blew kisses to the crowd after shaking hands with Aiava.
It was like something out of WWE wrestling.
Collins gave up one double fault but she was otherwise right on the money as she held serve and took a 5-2 lead in the third set.
Aiava is serving to stay in the match while Collins has been super aggressive against her serve, she will be chasing some winners and the chance to finish it right now.
Destanee Aiava is fighting to keep her tournament alive after Collins broke her serve in the sixth game of the third set.
Collins leads 4-2 and is serving.

Thanasi Kokkinakis and Nick Kyrgios have retired from their doubles match due to injury.
Kokkinakis battled through a pec injury but they were forced to retire with James Duckworth and Aleks Vukic up 7-5, 3-2.

Tristant Schoolkate won a set but world No.1 Jannik Sinner won the match.
Sinner backed up from a rare set loss to win the next three in comfortable fashion and cruise into the third round.
Sinner won 4-6, 6-4, 6-1, 6-3 after two hours and 46 minutes of entertaining tennis.
For Schoolkate? Well, it will be a heck of a night to look back on.
There’s some excellent fourth set grit being shown by Australia’s Tristan Schoolkate.
There’s no chance of a fully-fledged comeback but the wildcard will likely end the match on a bit of a high.
With world No.1 Jannik Sinner on an inevitable path to victory, Schoolkate may as well as continue to take in the occasion.
Sinner leads 4-6, 6-4, 6-1, 5-3.
Destanee Aiava is one winning set from the biggest victory of her career.
She came up with two great and timely first serves in the middle of that last game to create more set points – and she capitalised on the first of them.
Collins has some sort of right foot problem and has been frustrated with the crowd all night, but she always manages to keep playing well through her drama.
