Atul Subhash suicide case has taken a new turn with his wife Nikita Singhania making shocking claims about the Bengaluru techie’s girlfriends, treatments of their relationship and others.

A shocking revelation in Atul Subhash suicide case suggests his extramarital relationship. According to media reports, his wife Nikita Singhania has claimed that Subhash had three girlfriends on which he spent his entire salary and that of his misconduct.  

Nikita has alleged that his husband Atul used to splurge his salary on all his three girlfriends in Bengaluru. She further alleged that he spent not only his salary but forced her to give her salary to him. Her accusations also include demand of Rs 10 lakh of dowry from Atul Subhash’s family along with their wedding expenditure of Rs 50 lakh. She also accused Atul Subhash of pressuring her father for Rs 10 lakh more in dowry which her father could not pay and that ultimately died after a heart attack due to high stress. She further said that her in-laws threatened her with divorce. 

In an earlier statement to the police, she complained of “physical and mental torture” by her in-laws. In her complaint she said that Atul Subhash beat her after consuming alcohol and treating the relationship of husband and wife like a beast. A FIR in the case was lodged under provisions of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 

The case is related to the suicide of Atul Subhash, a Bengaluru based techie who left behind a 24-page note and an 80-minute long video in which he accused his wife Nikita along with her family and a judge of making such circumstances that he had to commit suicide. He accused Nikita and her family of mental harassment and claimed her statement of her father’s death due to stress given by his family was false.  

Atul in his suicide note accused Nikita Singhania’s family of demanding Rs 3 Crore in return of withdrawing all the cases filed against him and an additional Rs 30 lakh as part of visitation rights to see his son.
