Borana Weaves IPO GMP Today: The IPO of Gujarat (Surat) based company Borana Weaves Limited opened for subscription today i.e. Tuesday (May 20), which will close on May 22 (Thursday). Allotment of shares for Borana Weaves IPO, a company manufacturing unbleached synthetic grey fabric, is expected to be finalised on Friday, May 23, 2025.

Borana Weaves shares will be listed on both major exchanges BSE and NSE. The likely date of listing of shares (Borana Weaves IPO Listing Date) has been fixed as Tuesday, (May 27, 2025).

Borana Weaves Subscription Status

As of May 20, 2025, 3:06 PM, Borana Waves Limited IPO has received a strong response from investors, with a total of 2,21,99,232 shares bid against the 36,89,457 shares offered, marking an overall subscription of 6.02 times. The retail investor segment led the demand with a whopping 20.81 times oversubscription, receiving bids for over 1.39 crore shares.

The minimum lot size investment for SNII is 14 lots (966 shares) and as per the upper price band its amount is Rs 2,08,656, and for BNII it is 68 lots (4,692 shares), amounting to Rs 10,13,472.

The promoters of the company include Mangilal Ambalal Borana, Ankur Mangilal Borana, Rajkumar Mangilal Borana, Dhwani Ankur Borana, Mangilal Ambalal Borana HUF, Ankur Mangilal Borana HUF, Rajkumar Mangilal HUF and Borana Filaments Private Limited Company. All of them hold a total of 87.19% shares.
