Instead, she strongly advocates for natural and authentic sources of food and easy lifestyle hacks as the key behind her radiance. The art connoisseur, known for her appearances on Netflix’s show Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives and Bigg Boss 18, follows some simple diet plans alongside daily workouts that make the mother of a 27-year-old, look ageless.

Detox Powder
Shalini Passi, once, revealed that she consumes a detox powder, which is a mix of several spices designed to cleanse the system. She mentioned that the powder contains 500 gms jeera, 500 gms ajwain, 2 tbsp black salt, 50 gm cinnamon, and 5 tsp triphala. She mentioned that these ingredients should be made into a powder and mixed well. “Mix a half teaspoon of this powder with a glass of warm water along with one lemon. Please have it in the morning. Aniseed powder is to be eaten after meals to curb the urge to eat sweets and desserts post-meal. It helps in digestion, reducing bloating and it also cleanses the system,” she said in a Reddit AMA session.
Morning Routine
In multiple interviews, Shalini Passi revealed that she starts her day with a shot of ghee, followed by a couple of walnuts or almonds. According to a report by Healthshots, both ghee and dry fruits provide immense energy to the body and also enhance the digestion process.
Detox Drinks
Shalini Passi revealed the recipe behind her detox drink on the sets of Bigg Boss 18. The art collector shared that she consumes the methi seed water infused with mulethi (licorice) powder which aids in controlling the body’s internal temperature and contributes to her general well-being. She also drinks lemon juice in the morning, followed by a beetroot smoothie mixed with amla and ginger.
Eating Organic
48-year-old Shalini believes in eating organic food and avoids smoking, drinking, consuming sweets, aerated beverages, or high-carbohydrate foods. She eats ragi or jowar chilla, fresh fruit meals, and also prefers goat curd for better digestion. Shalini Passi mentioned asper Healthshots, “I don’t consume alcohol or smoke. I also avoid aerated drinks, sugar, and foods high in carbs.”
Practising Pilates, Dancing And Meditation
Every day around 4 to 6 pm, Shalini practices one hour of dancing followed by Pilates and weight training. She said, “In the afternoon, I do one hour of dance, which serves as my cardio. After that, I focus on weights and Pilates for an hour.”
Good Sleep
Once in an interview, Shalini revealed how much she values a good night’s sleep. As per a report by Health Gov, good sleep rejuvenates the mood, attention, and even memory of the individual. It also reduces the risk of serious health problems and improves the overall immune system.
