Bajaj Finance announces special dividend, stock split, bonus shares, and strong Q4 FY25 results. Net profit surged 15.8% YoY, revenue up 23.8%.

Bajaj Finance, NBFC giant, on Tuesday announced several shareholders friendly measures including special dividend, final dividend, stock split and bonus share. It also declared the financial results for Q4 FY25.

Bajaj Finance Special (Interim) Dividend

Bajaj Finance board declared a special (interim) dividend of Rs 12 per share (600%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This dividend is attributed to the exceptional gains from the sale of investment in Bajaj Housing Finance Limited (BHFL), which was listed through an IPO in September 2024.

The company has fixed the record date as May 09, 2025 and the dividend will be credited on or around May 26, 2025.

Bajaj Finance Final Dividend 2025

In addition, the Board recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 44 per share (2200% of the face value of Rs. 2) for FY25, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The record date for final dividend is Rs May 30, 2025. If approved, the final dividend will be credited/dispatched on or around July 28, 2025.

Bajaj Finance Stock Split 2025

The Board has also approved the sub-division (stock split) of its equity shares in the ratio of 1:2, which means each existing equity with face value of Rs 2 will be sub-dividend into two shares of Rs 1.

Bajaj Finance Bonus Share 2025

Bajaj Finance also announced bonus shares in the ratio of 4:1, meaning four bonus shares of Rs 1 for every one share of Rs 1 (Post-Split). It will aim to enhance liquidity in the market.

Bajaj Finance Q4 Results

Bajaj Finance reported that its net profit surged 15.8 per cent YoY to Rs 3,940.44 crore in Q4 FY25, against Rs 3,401.91 crore in Q4 FY24. The revenue from operations stood at Rs 15,796.96 crore, up 23.8 per cent from Rs 12,760.49 crore in Q4 FY24. The EPS grew 15.6 per cent to Rs 63.65 in Q4 FY25.

NBFC saw a Capital Adequacy (CRAR) at 21.93% in March 2025 and net NPA ratio below 0.56%, reflecting strong asset quality.

According to FY26 guidance, the company will focus on investment in digital infrastructure and cross-sell platforms. It also focuses on sustainable AUM growth, maintaining strong asset quality.
