HDFC Bank will update lounge access for Tata Neu Infinity and Plus credit cards from June 10, 2025.

HDFC Bank Credit Card: HDFC Bank is updating its lounge access policy for Tata Neu Infinity and Tata Neu Plus credit cardholders, starting June 10, 2025. Under the new guidelines, direct credit card swipes at lounges for entry will be replaced by lounge vouchers issued based on quarterly spending milestones, aimed at simplifying benefits and promoting greater card usage.

Spend Rs 50,000 To Earn Lounge

Vouchers From June 10, 2025, to qualify for domestic lounge access, you need to spend at least Rs 50,000 in a calendar quarter. Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card holders can earn up to two complimentary domestic lounge vouchers per quarter (up to eight per year), while Tata Neu Plus HDFC Bank Credit Card holders can earn one voucher per quarter (up to four per year) upon meeting the same spending requirement.

When you qualify for the benefit, you will receive an SMS and email. Follow the link provided, log in using your bank-registered mobile number, and claim your lounge voucher within 120 days of qualification. The voucher can be used within 180 days of its issuance.

Checking Expenses And Qualification Status

Starting June 10, 2025, to check your spending and qualification status:

1. Log in to HDFC Bank NetBanking or MobileBanking App.
2. Go to the credit card section.
3. Select your Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card.
4. Click on Redeem Reward Points to access the Rewards Portal.
5. In the Rewards Portal, go to MyReward Spend Promo Details to view your spending and qualification status.

Note that if your card is upgraded, lost, or re-issued, only spending on the new card will count towards qualification.

Existing Lounge Benefits Valid Until June 9, 2025

Until June 9, 2025, Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit cardholders can enjoy eight complimentary domestic lounge accesses per year (two per quarter), with a nominal fee of Rs 2 per entry (for VISA or RuPay cards). Tata Neu Plus HDFC Bank Credit Card holders can enjoy four complimentary accesses per year (one per quarter) with the same Rs 2 fee per entry.

International Lounge Access 

VISA Card Starting June 1, 2025, Priority Pass for international lounge access will be issued only upon request. Cardholders with new, renewed, or replacement Tata Neu Infinity VISA cards must apply separately for the Priority Pass. It allows four complimentary international lounge visits per year (one per quarter). Additional visits will incur a fee of US $27 + GST per person. Guest visits using Priority Pass will also be charged US $27 + GST per visit.
