Authorities are continuing their search for a shooter who shot and killed two people in a village north of the German town of Frankfurt.
The two patients were found with gunshot wounds in front of an house wall in Bad Nauheim on Saturday afternoon.
They died at the image, despite treatment efforts.
Prosecutors said the two sufferers were Greek people, a 28-year-old gentleman and his 59-year-old father-in-law.
They had not been originally known to the police, they said.
An examination was to be conducted on Sunday.
Investigators are working on the premise of a specific purpose and do not see any danger to the wider community.
A spokeswoman said earlier that authorities were assuming a second assailant was behind the deaths.
The police were out in force and cordoned off a large area around the murder scene in front of the three-storey tower.
They said studies at the picture had generally been completed by Sunday evening.
The region is a private estate with some apartment structures near a swimming pool.
