Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was discharged from Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital after five days of treatment, following a knife attack on him at his Bandra West-based apartment. Upon his return, the actor’s family gave him a warm welcome. Pictures and videos shared on social media featured Khan’s apartment illuminated with colourful lights, giving out full Diwali vibes.

Actor Saif Ali Khan was discharged on Tuesday, i.e., January 21. In the early hours of Thursday, i.e., January 16, he was attacked by an intruder at his Bandra West-based apartment in Mumbai. The actor suffered injuries in his neck, arms and spine.
Meanwhile, the prime accused has been arrested by Mumbai police. He has been identified as Mohd Shariful Islam Shehzad, who entered the actor’s home with the intent of robbery. Further investigation is underway into the matter.
