IPS Manish Kumar has a love angle to his marriage. He tied the knot with IAS officer Ria Dabi, sister of IAS Tina Dabi.
The two officers wed in a private ceremony and had a court marriage. They had a love marriage and their and even with a private wedding, Dabi and Kumar who are always busy with their work schedule took out time for a court marriage.
IPS Manish Kumar and IAS Tina Dabi first met at Mussorie Academy. They became friends first and then love blossomed between them. Soon after that they decided to marry. Their love and now married life witnessed various complexities. After becoming an IPS Officer he was first posted in Maharashtra and after marriage he was shifted to Rajasthan.
As per reports, the order for his transfer was issued on June 16, 2023, from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Born on 2 October 1994, Manish Kumar is a Delhi resident and comes from Pitampura. He secured AIR 581 rank in the UPSC Civil Service Examination 2020. He comes from a Scheduled Caste (SC) community. He is 5ft 10in tall, dark and handsome officer who graduated in B.Tech from Delhi College of Engineering in 2016.
