According to a report published in The Times of India, a cognitive neuroscientist recently shared a very easy trick to relax and refresh the brain, which anyone can follow. This simple habit can immediately activate your mind. While many people solve crosswords or drink tea or coffee to stay alert, this technique requires nothing but a small lifestyle change. Dr Holly Bowen, a cognitive neuroscientist and assistant professor (PhD) at Southern Methodist University, says that whenever you feel mentally exhausted, you should take a short walk.
