That’s the full-time siren at Suncorp Stadium, where the Bulldogs have thumped the Titans 38-18.

The win means Canterbury stay comfortably atop the NRL ladder, with just the one loss to the Broncos for the season.

Next up, it’s Panther and Broncos which kicks-off at 4:05pm. We’ll bring you any team news before then,

The Titans are tired, and the Bulldogs take advantage with a play straight up the middle.

Great vision from Bailey Hayward to come up with the play, and then a lovely finish from Connor Tracey and Reed Mahoney, who goes across to score.

More drama to finish this game, with Jacob Preston sent to the sin bin for a crusher tackle on Tino Fa’asuamaleaui.

We have 12 on 12 to close out the contest, although Chris Randall will have about 30 seconds back on the field before the full-time siren sounds.

We have another sin bin.

This time it’s Chris Randall who goes marching, after taking Bronson Xerri out while the Bulldogs centre was attempting to contest the ball.

That’s a professional foul, and now Randall will miss the final 10 minutes of the match.

Bailey Hayward puts the kick across for the Bulldogs right edge, Stephen Crichton bats the ball back, and Alofiana Khan-Pereira strikes.

He scoops the ball up with a little help from a handy bounce, and runs 90 metres to score under the posts for the Titans.

Jacob Kiraz attempted the chase down, but the Gold Coast winger proved too fast.

Finally, the Titans land a blow in this second half, and its from the boot of AJ Brimson.

Brimson puts a grubber in-goal, and Beau Fermor is there to ground the ball and get his second try of the afternoon.

That’s a much-needed try for the Gold Coast. I won’t say too little too late, because the Titans can score points quickly, but they’ve certainly made it hard for themselves to mount a comeback.

Uh oh, this is starting to get away of the Titans now.

The Bulldogs are absolutely destroying the Titans right edge defence, with Stephen Crichton making a line break and offloading to Jacob Kiraz who gets his third try of the afternoon.
