The houses of six terrorists have so far been demolished since the April 22 Pahalgam terrorist attack that killed 26 civilians.

The house of A Lashkar-e-Taiba commander – Farooq Ahmed Tadwa – was demolished at Kalaroos in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara on Saturday, the officials said.
The residence was blown up with a powerful explosion in Nagri Kot, Kalaroos.

The homes of six terrorists have so far been demolished using explosives in Pulwama, Shopian, Anantnag, Kulgam, and Kupwara districts following the Pahalgam attack.
According to sources, the demolition of houses of terrorists is a part of the Centre’s and J&K administration’s zero-tolerance policy against terrorism.
All these terrorists belong to Lashkar-e-Toiba and are currently active in J&K. This move is seen as a stern message to local terrorists and their families.
Sources said that Farooq is currently in Pakistan and has been instrumental in creating trouble on Indian soil.
At least 26 people were killed in the barbaric terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, sending shockwaves across the country and drawing global condemnation.
The security forces have since then been on a search operation across Jammu and Kashmir.
They released the sketches of the terrorists involved in the terror attack. They were affiliated with Pakistan-based terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba.
The three terrorists were identified as Hashim Musa alias Sulaiman, Ali Bhai alias Talha Bhai, and Adil Hussain Thokar. While Musa and Talha are Pakistani terrorists, Thokar is a local resident of Kashmir, the police have said.
