Flooding has closed the entrance ramp onto Wanneroo Road from Joondalup Drive westbound as authorities work to fix the issue.
The road closure warning occurred on Wednesday afternoon with shin high water levels.
Water Corporation workers are on site but a cause for the flood has not yet been provided.
According to Main Roads, drivers should expect delays and seek an alternative route.
It is not the first time the intersection has been closed due to flooding, the same road was closed in March, 2024 due to a burst water main.
