She experienced a significant weight gain in her twenties during her pregnancy, but she took it upon herself to embark on her transformation journey.
In a video shared by Tanushree on Instagram, she shared a series of pictures from her wedding and her pregnancy where she had gained weight. She mentioned how she thought that this was how her life was going to be and it would not change. However, she decided to embark on a journey where she was determined to lose weight. She lost 37 kilograms naturally and surprised her fans with a fitter version of herself.

- 1. Focus on a Balanced Diet: Emphasize whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and lean proteins (like chicken or tofu). These foods provide fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which help with digestion, keep you full longer, and regulate blood sugar levels.
