An ocean rescue is underway for a swimmer in Bunbury’s Koombana Bay.
At around 9.20am May 27, WA Police were advised of swimmer, possibly in distress, off the beach near Anchorage Cove and Koombana Drive in Bunbury.
Water Police officers are currently conducting patrols with the assistance of local police, Marine Rescue WA and Surf Life Saving teams.
Police are urging anyone who knows of someone who swims in the area daily, or who is a friend or family member of someone who has not returned from a visit to the beach at Bunbury this morning, or any information relating to the incident, to contact police on 131 444.
