Asaduddin Owaisi, the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen ( AIMIM ) chief, urged voters to support Booth-Level Officers ( BLOs ) in assisting them with the Special Intensive Revision ( SIR ) of electoral rolls as a “life and death” issue.
The AIMIM leader made the announcement that SIR will start on June 25th at party offices in Darussalam during an Eid program on Friday, May 29. The BLOs did visit the homes and deliver the enumerator type either directly to the voters themselves or at their residences.
The party has stationed responsible members in such capacities, and the Hyderabad MP asked voters who are unable to read to check their forms with local AIMIM employees working as Booth Level Agents ( BLAs ) or other trusted people.
” I am making an appeal to all citizens regarding the Lord beginning in Telangana on June 25. I urge everyone to get this very seriously because it is a very delicate subject. It’s a matter of life and death for us, he said, not to stir up feelings or scare you.
Asaduddin Owaisi, who criticized state governments for banning street prayers, claimed that the same criteria may apply to all religious street celebrations if performing namaz on public highways is prohibited. He added that these sanctioned regulations are a result of an ongoing effort to marginalize Muslims and turn the population into a second-class citizen.
