Brisbane Lions player Lachie Neale is rumoured to be dating brunette beauty Emma Field, who documents her glamorous lifestyle involving trips to Bali and nights out with the girls on her social media.
Neale’s new relationship comes eight months after he was allegedly caught having an affair with his ex-partner Jules Neale’s best friend Tess Crosley in December.
Speculation about Neale’s new romance erupted on Sunday when he was photographed with Field at Brisbane Airport after returning from Melbourne, where the Lions lost to Carlton at Marvel Stadium on Saturday night.
Field has also been photographed on the balcony of Neale’s Brisbane home.
So, here’s what we know about the new woman in Neale’s life.
Field — who reportedly works in advertising — regularly posts to Instagram, sharing updates about her life in Queensland.
She appears to spend most of her time on the Gold Coast and in Burleigh Heads.
With more than 8000 followers, her account is filled with images and photos hanging out with friends at bars and restaurants, celebrating birthdays and trips away to Bali, Byron Bay and Sydney.
Field was in Perth, reportedly the week before when the Lions played West Coast on July 18, where she visited Scarborough, walked over the Matagarup Bridge and dined at Vin Populi in Fremantle and Kith eatery in Nedlands.
“A week in the west with my best,” she captioned an Instagram post, which Neale liked.
She also made the trip to WA in October 2022, sharing a selfie at the time with the caption: “Jet lag going to Perth is a thing?”
In January 2025, Field celebrated two weeks in her new Gold Coast home, sharing photos of herself with friends inside her apartment.
It appears she lived in Melbourne throughout 2022 as she is seen modelling in photoshoots for pilates studio Flow Lab located in Moonee Ponds.
A source told the Herald Sun that Field had recently raised the idea of moving to Melbourne.
Neale is believed to be keen on a move to Collingwood next season after seven years in Brisbane.
According to her Facebook account, Field attended Australian Catholic University.
