Due to the Golconda Fort’s Independence Day flag-hoisting service, traffic regulations and diverts will be in position from 6 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, August 15.
During this time, the road leading from Ramadevguda to Golconda Fort will be absolutely closed for common vehicular traffic.
Invitationees who have” A” ( Gold ),” A” ( Cream ), and” B” ( Blue ) car passes will need to travel to the fort between 6 am and 11 am via Ramadevguda.

Pass holders from Secunderabad, Banjara Hills, Masab Tank, Mehdipatnam, and” A” ( Gold ),” A” ( Cream ), and” B” ( Blue ) should make a right turn at Rethibauli, Nanal Nagar Junction, Balika Bhavan, Langar House Flyover, Tipu Khan Bridge, Ramadevguda Junction and travel via Makkai Darwaza.
A’ ( Cream ) and ‘ B’ ( Blue ) vehicles can park at Golconda Bus Stop, 50 meters from the main gate, while’ A’ ( Gold ) vehicles should be parked on Fateh Darwaza Road opposite the main gate.
At the traffic light, make a left turn and head to Owaisi Ground for parking if you want to park on the” C” ( Green ) side of Seven Tombs, Banjara Darwaza side.
Those coming from the Langar House Flyover edge may make a right move at Fateh Darwaza, Bada Bazaar, pass through GHMC Island, and park their cars at the Owaisi/GHMC Play Ground.
Visitors via Sheikhpet Nala, Toli Chowki, Seven Tombs, Banjara Darwaza, and” D” ( Red ) passes may park their vehicles inside the Golconda Area Hospital’s premises.
The Government Primary School is located at the Tawakkal diversion point in the direction of Fateh Darwaza for those who have” E” ( Black ) passes, or for the general public, to make a U-turn under the Langar House flyover.
The Sheikhpet, Tolichowki area’s general population can park their cars at Golconda Law and Order Police Station, Deccan Park, or Seven Tombs.
Transfer journey
The vehicles will leave from Makkai Darwaza to Ramadevguda and Langar House in the form of A ( Gold ), A ( Cream ), and B ( Blue ).
C ( Green ) vehicles will travel to Seven Tombs via Bada Bazaar, Fateh Darwaza, or Banjara Darwaza.
Seven Tombs will be reached by D ( Red ) vehicles traveling through Banjara Darwaza.
The general public is permitted to leave their particular parking lots.
Interruptions for the general public
The general public traveling from Seven Tombs to Golconda may be diverted at the Golf Club, Jamali Darwaza to help automotive action following the events.
Also, those who leave Langar House will be directed to GHMC Island at Bada Bazar Junction.
