A man has been shot dead outside a property in Melbourne’s north.
Homicide Squad detectives from Victoria Police have commenced an investigation after a man was shot outside a Victoria Drive, Thomastown address shortly after 7.30pm on Sunday night.
“Despite efforts to revive the man, who is yet to be formally identified, he was declared deceased at the scene,” police said.
“No arrests have been made at this stage.”
Investigators have asked anybody with dashcam footage or relevant information to contact Crime Stoppers.
