Tributes are flowing for a 34-year-old “devoted” father who died in a car crash southeast of Perth.
Josh Tate, 34, was a passenger in a Ford Territory when it collided with a tree on Aldersyde-Pingelly Rd at Pingelly on Saturday.
Mr Tate was critically injured in the crash and died at the scene.
A man, 19, and a woman, 20, received non-life threatening injuries and were rushed to Pingelly Health Campus.
In a GoFundMe organised by Karyn Torre, she said the sudden and tragic loss of Mr Tate was “heartbreaking”.
“Josh was a devoted and loving father, and his children were the centre of his world,” she said.
“He was always making them smile and laugh, and the thought of them growing up without their dad is absolutely heartbreaking.

“He had a truly kind heart and was deeply loved by his mum, dad, brothers and sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as so many people in his community.”
“Thirty-four is far too young to say goodbye. Joshua will be missed beyond words, loved forever and carried in our hearts always,” she said.
Police urged any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
